Ingredients

  • 1 Large Slice of Ham

  • 4 Plum Tomatoes Chopped

  • 40 g Grated Mozzarella

  • 6 Basil Leaves Chopped

  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method

  • Chop tomatoes and basil into small pieces.
  • Spread grated mozzarella on to the ham leaving a 2cm gap at the edge.
  • Add tomatoes with basil like in the photo. Salt and pepper lightly.
  • Roll up the ham and fry in hot oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
