FRIED CHEESE BREAD

Yummm toasty cheesy goodness!! This Keto fried cheese bread recipe is one of the best Keto breakfast or lunch recipes you can make. It’s incredibly cheesy, satisfyingly chewy, & delightfully delicious!

But the best part about this Keto fried cheese bread is that you only need four main ingredients to make it, and every slice has only 1.6g carbs!

You know the standard Keto mug bread made with coconut or almond flour. Which tastes either eggy or like coconut…?

Well I’ve substituted the coconut or almond flour with oat fibre!

It’s the nearest you can get to a crunchy slice of regular toast.

But I thought I’d experiment and coat the bread with egg and cheese, and fry it in butter… the result is truly amazing!
