Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs

  • 100 g Chopped Ham

  • 100 g Chopped Mixed Peppers

  • 50 g Grated Cheese

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Pepper

Method

  • Beat the 4 eggs.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Divide egg mixture between 12 silicon baby flan forms – no need to grease.
  • Bake in the oven for ca 15 minutes until done. Don’t overcook as they may become rubbery.
