This 90 Second Keto microwave Bread Recipe is so simple, takes very little time to prepare and satisfies that craving for bread, and can be made with either coconut or almond flour. 

Keto bread that can be made in the microwave is a recipe you will be using faithfully to keep you on track with your low carb lifestyle.  Top it with homemade strawberry jam or melted grilled cheese to give it extra flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour or 3 tbsp of Almond Flour

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 1 Egg White

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together with a fork
  • Spoon batter into a greased ramekin or small cup
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
  • When it comes out of the microwave it’s quite soggy. Leave to cool on a rack
  • You could pop it into the oven or toast it to give it a crust
