Ingredients

  • 1 medium Celeriac

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  • Preheat oven 200 C
  • Peel celeriac.
  • Chop into roast potato size pieces.
  • Add the celeriac and olive oil and mix with two spoons until completely covered.
  • Transfer to a lined baking tray and roast in the oven for 20-30 until golden brown, turning once.
