GARLIC BREAD ROLLS

Garlic has a long history of uses, as an infection fighter against viruses, bacteria, fungi and vampires…

It may be small, but it’s benefits are mighty. In fact, this little vegetable gives you a lot more than just bad breath….

….these deliciously soft and chewy garlic rolls are so adorable they are almost too beautiful to eat…

Ingredients

  • 150 g Grated Mozzarella

  • 60 g Full Fat Cream Cheese

  • 130 g Fine Almond Flour

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 2 Large Eggs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170
  • Line an 8 inch round baking pan or similar with grease proof paper.
  • Mix Mozzarella and cream cheese together. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until melted. Don’t over-melt.
  • Preferably using a food mixer (a hand held mixer with the dough attachment will also do) mix the cheese until it’s slightly cooled, then add the beaten eggs. Stir until the egg and cheese are combined.
  • Slowly add the dried ingredients and mix until you have a nice dough texture.
  • Wrap in cling-film and cool in the fridge for an hour.
  •
Roll dough into a sausage.
  • Cut into 8 equal pieces and roll into small balls.
  • Place the 8 balls in the round baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • In the meantime, melt the Butter and fry the crushed garlic on a low heat.
  • Add the olive oil and parsley.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Brush butter and garlic mixture generously over rolls.
